As a HumanSignal Labs contributor, you complete paid tasks that help train, evaluate, and improve AI models.

How it works
- Apply and create your account. Sign up through our onboarding portal and complete your profile, including your languages, skills, and areas of expertise.
- Complete onboarding. Verify your identity, submit your tax information, and add a payment method.
- Join a project. Projects may include a qualification test or training before you start.
- Work on tasks. Complete annotation and data collection tasks in Label Studio at your own pace, within project deadlines.
- Get paid. Earnings are deposited into your wallet, and you can transfer them to your preferred payment method.
Your relationship with HumanSignal
Contributors work with HumanSignal Labs as independent contractors, not employees. This gives you flexibility: there are no set schedules, and you choose the projects you want to work on. Work availability varies by project and by your skills and qualifications.
