We can't manually verify identities or override verification decisions, since a third-party provider handles the process. For contributors in Nigeria and the Philippines, accepted document types are: Passport, National ID Card, Driver's License, and Residence Permit.
For a document to pass, it must be government-issued, include a photograph of the holder, contain Latin (English) characters, and be submitted as an image of the physical document. Digital-only IDs aren't supported.
