The contributor community and the HumanSignal team hang out in real time on Discord. It's not required to use the platform, but if you're contributing regularly, it's the fastest feedback loop you'll find outside of Support.
What it's useful for
- Asking quick questions when a task's instructions are ambiguous
- Getting heads-up notice about new projects, batches, or downtime
- Troubleshooting platform issues faster than a support ticket
- Connecting with other contributors working the same projects
How to join
- Make sure you're logged into your Discord account first. If you don't have one, create a free account at discord.com.
- On your Home dashboard at app.humansignal.com, click the "Go to Discord server" button near the top (it also appears as "Join Discord" on your onboarding setup checklist).
- This takes you to a page where you connect your HumanSignal account with your Discord account.
- Once connected, you're automatically added to the community with access to the appropriate channels.
