If you don't see Identity & Payments in Label Studio, you likely joined the wrong organization instead of HumanSignal Services. You don't need a new account.
Go to onboard.humansignal.com and use the HumanSignal Services onboarding link to join the correct organization. Once you're in the right organization, Identity & Payments appears and you can continue onboarding.
